Apply for an E Z Pay Account

Our application process is simple. Just call us at EZ Pay at, 888-592-5251 and we will fax you a copy of our application form. Then simply fill it out and return it to us.

Once your application is received, our trained personnel will complete the usual bank forms and have them sent out by overnight mail. Once you authorize these documents and return them in the enclosed pre-paid envelope we take care of the rest.

Your account will be opened just hours after we receive your completed materials. If you have purchased equipment from E Z Pay, Inc. your equipment will be programmed prior to shipment. There is no additional charge for our programming services. If you already own your equipment one of our trained technicians will call to assist you in the download procedure. It's simple and does not require any special equipment
