Return Policy
Every customer case is different and while returns are sometimes necessary
each case must be accompanied by a return authorization. Call our customer service and
obtain the number.
In the case of returning damaged equipment when a new machine has been
provided our clients are encouraged to send the damaged goods to us as quickly as you can
so it can be repaired. These are often used to replace damaged equipment later.
If you do not send back damaged equipment you will be invoiced for the
new machine sent out for this purpose.
